The Role
This is a 360 role combining business development, client contact, tech recruitment and delivery support.
You will help connect commercial activity with execution, support client needs, contribute to tech recruitment processes and grow into a broader role with real exposure to clients, market dynamics and business operations.
This is an on-site position, with the workplace location expected to be between Viana do Alentejo and Évora.
Business Development & Client Support
- Identify and qualify opportunities
- Participate in commercial meetings and needs assessment conversations
- Support proposals and follow-up
- Help build and grow client relationships
- Contribute to account development and new opportunities
Tech Recruitment & Delivery
- Support tech recruitment processes across different stages
- Help gather client needs and profile requirements
- Support sourcing, screening and candidate follow-up
- Contribute to matching client needs with identified profiles
- Support delivery and operational follow-up when needed
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Marketing or similar
- Interest in business development, tech recruitment and client relationship management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learning ability, organization and structured thinking
- Curiosity about technology, AI tools and market trends
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English
