Are You an HR Business Partner Ready for a New Challenge? 

AryaHub is growing and were looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team! 

We help technology companies grow in a structured and efficient way, and work mainly in:

  • Strategic recruitment projects
  • HR process design and optimization
  • CPO as a Service
  • Strategic support for growing teams

Your first project will be with a Portuguese tech company that is currently strengthening its HR processes as it scales up.

This is a great opportunity to be close to the action, working directly with leadership to implement key HR foundations in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll do:

  • HR Generalist Support
    • Guide the team on HR / legal matters
    • Oversee key administrative processes, articulating with Finance and IT (offboarding, reporting, improving key HR metrics, etc.)
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring
    • Oversee and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring team leaders are actively involved and empowered in the process
  • Continuous Employee Development
    • Drive employee development initiatives, including the implementation of career paths, learning plans, and performance review processes
    • Support team leads in promoting the best people leadership practices.
  • Fostering a Healthy, Happy Workplace
    • Continuously research and apply best market practices to ensure employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.

What you'll bring: 

4+ years of experience in HRBP or similar roles

  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and supporting management decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support managers
  • A people-oriented mindset and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English

Compensation Package & Perks 

  • Salary: 1450€ a 1700€ net per month 
  • 22 paid vacation days per year
  • Hybrid work model, based in Porto (office in the city center)
