At AryaHub, we help tech companies grow in a structured and efficient way. We work mainly in:

• Strategic recruitment projects
• Recruiter as a Service (RPO)
• HR process design and optimization
• CPO as a Service
• Strategic support for growing teams

We’re now looking for a Recruiter to join us. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, mainly in tech, either directly with AryaHub clients or embedded in their teams as an RPO partner.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across tech roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Stakeholder Management - work closely with hiring managers, clients, and/or vendors
• Build recruitment roadmaps and pipelines aligned with business priorities
• Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate journey
• Provide timely and constructive feedback
• Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in tech recruitment

What you’ll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment
• Understanding of tech roles and stacks from an HR perspective
• Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management mindset
• A problem-solving attitude with empathy towards candidates
• A data-driven mindset using metrics to improve decision-making
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

Compensation Package:

• Salary: €1.400 - €1.650 net/month (including Holidays & Christmas allowance)
