The Role
This is a business development role with a strong focus on growth.
You will be responsible for helping drive new business, managing commercial follow-up with discipline and contributing to the growth of AryaHub's client base, while also supporting selected projects when needed.
This is an on-site position, with the workplace location expected to be between Viana do Alentejo and Évora.
New Business & Growth
- Identify and qualify companies within our target market
- Prospect using structured outreach approaches and tools
- Manage pipeline rigorously in CRM
- Support and participate in commercial meetings
- Prepare follow-ups and support proposal progression
- Contribute to the growth of existing accounts when relevant
Cross-functional Support
- Support selected projects or business needs when needed
- Help ensure alignment between commercial activity and execution
- Contribute to improving processes, messaging and routines
- Support market visibility through events, meetings and relevant initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management or similar
- Strong interest in business development, growth and business environments
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learning ability and structured thinking
- Curiosity about technology, AI tools and market trends
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English
