About the Company
Our client is a global organization operating in secure logistics and cash management solutions. In Portugal, the team supports several European operations across IT, HR and Financial Audit functions, working closely with international teams in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
We are currently looking for two IT Support Analysts to join the Lisbon team.
Your Mission
As an IT Support Analyst, you will support internal users across Europe, handling access-related requests and providing first-line support through ServiceNow and email.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in IT support within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow
- Process user access requests
- Perform password resets and account-related support
- Communicate with internal users in English via email and other support channels
- Ensure tickets are handled within agreed service levels
- Maintain accurate records of requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with international teams when required
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English skills, spoken and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Basic IT knowledge from a user perspective
- Availability to start in the short term
No previous professional experience or degree is required.
